Our Approach


Everyone's body is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss.  You've been dieting and exercising and might have seen some progress, but then you've plateaued and don't know what to do.  Many people are not aware that while you CAN fast for 30 days and lose weight, many of those once the diet/fast is over, the pounds come right back.  There are underlying causes that need addressed.  Our goal is to provide you with the information you need as to why your body is struggling to lose the weight and keep it off, and provide the tools necessary to help you achieve your goals. 


What You Get


When you visit H.I.S. Wellness Center for your weight loss scan we will scan your body and essentially ask it to tell us what it needs help with.  For some, it could be as simple as adjusting the food types, other's may have hormonal imbalances, and someone else could have a problem with digestion and their body just isn't breaking down and utilizing the nutrients they are eating, which hinders the body's ability to take on tasks such as fat removal. 

After the scan is complete you will get a report giving you the following details:

  • A suggested calorie guideline based on your current age, weight, height, etc. 
  • A suggested exercise type, duration, and intensity level for your body's current state.
  • A suggested macro guideline to provide the right levels of "materials" your body needs.
  • A suggestion of weight loss support supplements your body responds well to during the scan.
  • A list of problematic food items that are hindering your body (this follows the same principle as the food sensitivity scan).
  • A list of hormone imbalances adding to your weight loss issues.
  • A list of toxins the body needs help removing so it can work on weight loss. 
  • A list of emotional issues that are hindering your healing/weight loss goals.
